You pay a one-time entrance fee and monthly service fee to enjoy Spring Harbor’s lifestyle and life-care benefits. Spring Harbor offers three accommodating plans:

1. THE 90 PERCENT REFUNDABLE PLAN

2. THE 50 PERCENT REFUNDABLE PLAN

3. DECLINING REFUND PLAN

The monthly service fee is assessed based on amenities programs and services described and are intended to meet the costs of operating and managing Spring Harbor.

Should you need assisted living or nursing care services, either short-term or long-term, the cost of such care in the Assisted Living Center, the Memory Support Center, and/or the Skilled Nursing Center is included in the monthly service fee. This benefit alone could save thousands of dollars in long-term health care costs!
